Please let us know if you would like to cancel your account at least 7 days before your subscription expires (by email to: [email protected]) only.

• Your subscription renews on the first of each month, quarter or year.
• You may change your subscription at any time, but eCampus will not refund you for the difference.
• We will not refund the cost you paid for the remaining term if you stop using our services before the end of the term.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the eCampus Services without prior notice and for any reason.

Fraudulent Activity

Without limiting other remedies, eCampus may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent conduct (through conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, such as the forcible removal of our trademark) in connection with the services we provide.

Note : Also, if a plan is discontinued in the middle of the month, there will be no refund.

Refund Duration

Refund processing time is usually 7 working days after exchange request has been acknowledged by us.
